Tayo Tawose

Founder & Managing Director · Transformation Leadership

Practitioner-led judgement grounded in complex transformation delivery, operational reality and the decisions that determine whether intended value is realised.

Professional experience

Leadership accountable for delivery, not advisory theory.

Tayo's experience spans national public-service transformation, multinational technology delivery, complex supplier environments, operational readiness and the transition from programme delivery into sustainable operations.

Before establishing Tawose Group, Tayo spent more than five and a half years leading the Tribunal Transformation Portfolio within HMCTS Reform. The approximately £300 million portfolio formed part of the wider £1.3 billion reform programme; these figures describe programme context, not a claim of personally controlled expenditure.

That leadership involved aligning multidisciplinary teams, shared capabilities, suppliers, assurance and operational functions across complex delivery dependencies. The Tribunal Transformation Portfolio was assessed by the HMCTS Reform Programme's Red Team Review and rated Exemplary. It subsequently became the first jurisdiction to complete its transformation and transition successfully to business as usual, approximately 12 months ahead of the remaining programme.

The work also included leadership of Immigration & Asylum transformation, where 28% of cases were resolved earlier between Q3 2024 and Q3 2025, and programme-wide demonstration sessions involving up to 50 teams. The combined release-assurance pathway was reduced from approximately eight weeks to approximately two weeks.

Other previous roles include multinational transformation and enterprise technology delivery with AkzoNobel, Johnson & Johnson and Kaplan. These are Tayo's prior practitioner experiences and are not presented as commissioned engagements undertaken by Tawose Group.
